Junior Customer Support Specialist
Ben jij analytisch ingesteld en hou je van puzzelen met data en cijfers? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! Als Junior Customer Support Specialist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten als het gaat om support voor MediaView en het MediaView Dashboard. MediaView is onze gespecialiseerde software die mediabureaus en exploitanten van TV en Radio helpt bij het beheren en optimaliseren van hun mediaplanning. Het MediaView Dashboard biedt een overzichtelijke interface waarin gebruikers realtime data kunnen analyseren, prestaties kunnen meten en campagnes kunnen optimaliseren. Je biedt eerstelijns ondersteuning aan klanten die met deze systemen werken en helpt actief mee met het testen van nieuwe releases en het opzetten van dashboards in Power BI.
MediaView Dashboard intern
As a MediaView Dashboard intern, you will collaborate on revamping existing and setting up new dashboards, for our clients. This tool brings campaign results together in one place and provides real-time insight into the performance of campaigns. You will also have contact with clients and work a lot with our Head of product and our Media Intelligence Analyst.
In addition, you will conduct your own research for school. Exactly what this research will entail will be discussed with you and your school.
The starting period for this vacancy will be around September 2024.
