If necessary we are heading for our customers inmeddiately to examine the situation and solve a problem. Of course we are listening to the needs and wants of our clients. We exists of a Client Services department which have people on board who understands the challenges of our clients. They also make proposals, give training and take care of precise communication around releases, fixes etc.These employees have worked with our software themselves. Besides there is a department of developers. Everyone has its own skills. This guarantees a quick respons to questions regarding every working area.
